Well, I think the middle one is the best, only because it looks pretty. They all do the same thing. Personally, I get an old plastic drinking water bottle, fill it with water, and turn it upside down (no lid of course) and push the neck of the bottle into the soil a bit. Try it and see if it works for you, it is certainly cheaper.
